To report that your son or daughter will not make it to a meet, please use the contact form below to inform everyone who needs to know.
Please Report a Meet Absence NO LATER THAN the Monday prior to a meet. Reporting an absence just hours prior to a meet creates very difficult situations for coaches and staff to resolve.
Include the following information when notifying us of an absence:
- First and Last Name of the swimmer(s)
- Age Group(s)
- Which Meet(s) the swimmer(s) will miss
