A special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Northwest Swim Circuit was held on June 7th and by majority vote, a decision was made to suspend enforcement of the swim-up rule for the remainder of the 2012 Season. This determination came after much discussion among the circuit board as to the definition of NWSC bylaw 6.0 in regards to swimmer eligibility.
